Business Development Representative

CPM Group is seeking passionate Sales Professionals to join our growing team!

As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with and build relationships with local Saskatoon business, and more on behalf of Cpromo. You will grow the Cpromo platform member base as well as our product vendor base, acting as the first point of contact in our sales funnel to prospect, qualify, and book quality meetings & presentations.

In the Business Development Representative role, you will be given the opportunity to learn about CPM Group, Cpromo, International Trade, Technology and so, so much more. Responsibilities & Duties

Qualify new prospects from leads generated by our Leadership team
Contact and build rapport with prospects to assess opportunities for partnership via phone, email, door-to-door, meetings and web conferencing (if required)
Identify prospect needs and present appropriate products and solutions aiming to build excitement about the Cpromo platform
Grow CPM’s partner base by booking presentations with New Businesses to close a sale
Track and maintain accurate information in company databases (Google Sheets, Cpromo Admin Pages, etc)
Build and maintain expertise on Cpromo products and services to educate & energize potential partners in the community
Work toward a prescribed daily call and presentation goal then strive to exceed these expectations
Build a pipeline of leads and follow up on any missed prospects

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of successful experience in sales and/or customer service
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed predetermined sales goals and targets—drive and tenacity are a must!
Energetic presentation & communication skills, both written and verbal
Lively, dynamic, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
Familiarity with understanding & translating technical concepts; ability to learn & pivot quickly
